NORDIC OPEN 2010
ESCC, Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Estonia (SCCE) and Danish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce (DECC) are glad to announce that our project to organize seminar and business-dating event in Tallinn was approved by Nordic Council of Ministers and will be financed from Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Business and Industry.

Our objective is to expand economical ties between Baltic and Nordic countries through one-day seminar and business-dating event in Tallinn. Topics for the seminar are innovation technologies, environmental technologies, business organizations and creative branch. In perspective ESCC, DECC and SCCE will take lead in creating stronger Baltic SMEs presence in Nordic by making Nordic Open annual season-opening B2B event for region’s SMEs.

NEW INTERNATIONAL WEBSITE OF ESTONIA’S E-SERVICES
ESCC participated on a Estonian Centre of Registers and Information Systems new e-services international website launching event in Ministry of Justice. Take a look of a new site here. You can find there e-Notary, e-Land Register, e-Business Register and e-File systems with explaining videos.

Estonian Centre of Registers and Information Systems have also created a great due dilligence tool for Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit, which helps also creditors and all entrepreneurs. Free demo in English is available here.

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES WITHOUT INITIAL SHARE CAPITAL
Bill on Amendments to the Commercial Code has passed the first reading in Estonian parliament. If adopted, one can found LLC without depositing share capital in order to get registered. More information in Estonian is here.
